Louise Rhoades-Brown

Louise has worked as a motion graphic designer for the last five years, specialising in projection design and content production for Theatre and Live events. Louise’s celebrated ‘dark, fairy-tale-like’ (The Telegraph) Projection design for the critically acclaimed theatre debut of The Swallowing Dark at Theatre 503 and Liverpool Everyman confirmed her passion for video design in the theatre. Highlights of 2012 have included working alongside Nina Dunn in creating visuals for Raymond Gubbay’s production of Aida at the Royal Albert Hall and ENO’s The Flying Dutchman.

Other shows include The Handyman for Guildford’s Yvonne Arnaud Theatre and Fallujah for Liminal Space at The Cockpit. As part of a team of designers for Knifedge, Louise created projection content for American singer Josh Groban’s Straight To You multi arena tour of the USA. She has also creatively directed and designed the content to project on a giant 6m hovering, helium filled balloon for a live event in Holland Park and content production for Proctor and Gamble’s Hairworld show in 2010, the world’s largest hair expo event and a series of award winning internal communications animations for Nokia.
